IBS Quality Management System Survey: Customer Value from Their QMS
The IBS America, Inc. team recently interviewed our current customers to discover what value they got out of our quality management software, and how long it took to see a return on investment from the quality management system that they installed.
Here were our findings:
- 70% of customers saw measureable benefits in less than 6 months of implementing their quality management systems.
- 60% of customers saw a payback of their system within one year of implementing either CompliantPro or QSi systems.
- 92% of customers have seen an increase in customer satisfaction after implementing their system.
- 88% of customers believe that their company's exposure to risk has been reduced.
1) Document Management Software
The document management module was most often named as the most important part of system.
Customers stressed the importance of data never lost, the ease of access to data and ease of sharing data as top benefits to having an effective document management solution in place. IBS America customers also appreciated that location does not matter, as they are now able to share documents globally and internationally.
2) Quality Management System
According to our customers, IBS Quality Management Software offers a powerful, flexible system that is customizable and provides extensive transparency through visibility across functions and site locations.
3) Audit Management
Almost across the board, customers found that the auditing process was easier with IBS auditing software in place. The entire audit process is now simplified, which makes audits easier to manage. Overall, customers felt better prepared for their audits, and have passed each audit with fewer findings.
4) CAPA Software
Within the IBS quaity managment software, the CAPA component was listed as the second most important module. With CAPA software in place, a majority of customer companies reported that their exposure to risk had since been reduced.
5) Implementation and Post-Sale
In most cases for our customers, their quality management systems were up and running very quickly. A majority of customers were also able to see immediate results, as they reported seeing benefits to the system within 3-6 months of installation. They also reported an excellent experience post-sale, as they spoke highly of the IBS America tech support.
