As a quality management software organization, we found the recent notion of 10,000 hours experience and practice requirement outlined in the 2011 Malcolm Gladwell book interesting. In his book, "Outliers", Gladwell demonstrates this point by delving into the backgrounds of remarkable people (such as Bill Gates and the Beatles, to name a few) by focusing on the circumstances surrounding their success.
